This exquisite 5,000 SF custom timber framed home is set into a magnificent landscaped hillside with stunning views of Newfound Lake and surrounding mountains. The timber frame is by Timberpeg®, and was designed by Samyn-D’Elia Architects. Built in 2011-2012, it features a fir frame with a mixture of Ash flooring, tile, and many custom built-in cabinets designed and built by Twin Oaks Construction. The home is heated and cooled with a hybrid GEO/propane system. The exterior finishes consist of W.R.C. shingles, clapboards, and stone.
